Do It Rite Commercial Maintenance is a Black-owned, Los Angeles based commercial janitorial company serving office buildings, multifamily communities, mixed-use developments, retail environments and luxury properties. Founded in 2010 by Los Angeles native Joe Williams, our company combines hands-on operational expertise with decades of real estate, portfolio and asset-management experience.
An Uncommon Partnership
Do It Rite was founded on an uncommon combination: decades of real estate and asset-management experience paired with the precision, exacting standards and operational discipline of a machinist. Together, those perspectives give us a nuanced understanding of cleaning and maintenance from the viewpoint of the people responsible for the property. We know that presentation affects tenant satisfaction, leasing, reputation and asset value. We also recognize the small issues that can become larger problems when they go unnoticed or unreported. That insight allows us to build cleaning programs around how each property actually operates—helping protect the asset through consistent care, experienced observation and clear communication.
